Nikki Watson RGN CEO
Nikki has worked in the cosmetic industry since 2006. She originally assisted cosmetic dentists for over 7 years before embarking on a career as a general nurse. She studied at Falmer University (Brighton), qualifying with a degree with honours. She started her nursing career on the emergency floor at the Royal Sussex Hospital as an acute medical nurse. She has a passion and art in aesthetics and is a perfectionist in the cosmetic treatments available.
Ageless by nikki Ltd opened its doors in October 2019. Where Nikki built a strong team to deliver high quality skincare treatments to the public.
A full face examination and detailed explanation of the procedure will be given at your first appointment. Side effects, possible complications and aftercare will also be discussed confidentially and follow up appointments are available two-four weeks post treatment if needed. A full medical history will need to be obtained before any treatment can proceed. This is to guarantee that the treatment you have chosen will be the safest and the most appropriate for the best results. Nikki is a master level medical prescriber and is available to all her clients for their skincare needs face to face in clinic, via WhatsApp or Teams. Charlie - Cosmetic Therapist
Charlie is a highly skilled beauty professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Renowned for her attention to detail and expertise in eyebrows and semi-permanent makeup, she brings a wealth of knowledge to Ageless by Nikki. Serving as our primary laser therapist, Charlie is dedicated to delivering top-quality skincare treatments. Her enthusiasm for exploring various skincare brands demonstrates her in-depth understanding of cosmetic creams. Specialising in micro-needling with our cutting-edge derma pen machine, Charlie's use of premium products sets her apart in our skincare treatments. She has also recently started her beauty teaching career at our local college. You can trust Charlie to provide exceptional results and enhance your beauty experience at Ageless by Nikki.
Vicki - Clinic Manager
Meet Vicki, our clinic manager at Ageless by Nikki cosmetic skin clinic. With her expertise and experience in the skincare industry, Vicki plays a crucial role in triaging clients and recommending the best personalised skin treatments. She is our saviour in organising staff and appointment schedules.
As the first point of contact at our clinic, Vicki ensures that each Ageless client receives top-quality service and tailored skincare recommendations to achieve their beauty goals. With her dedication and passion for skincare, Vicki is here to guide you on your journey to healthier and more radiant skin.
Holly RGN
Ageless by Nikki is delighted to welcome our newest team member, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Holly. With 13 years of experience in the NHS as a registered NMC Nurse Associate and 5 years as a successful aesthetics practitioner and beauty therapist, Holly brings a wealth of expertise to our clinic. She is thrilled to meet new clients and continue serving Ageless by Nikki's loyal clientele.
Holly specializes in lip fillers and the brand new medical-grade HydraFacial dermabrasion treatments. She ensures that each client receives a personalised and professional skincare plan. Her passion for aesthetics and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to our team. We look forward to the positive impact Holly will have on our clients' skincare journey.
Georgie - Receptionist
Georgie is the dedicated Receptionist at Ageless by Nikki, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic on a daily basis. With excellent organizational skills, she is always ready to assist clients and address any concerns or questions they may have. Currently in her final year of studying physiotherapy at university, Georgie is committed to furthering her healthcare knowledge and skills. Jaiden - Receptionist
Jaiden has been helping out at reception for nearly a year now. She is a dedicated and experienced member of the team. She is always available to assist our clients by anwsering their questions, booking appointments and updating our social media. Jaiden is also a skilled phlebotomist at the local GP surgery, showcasing her versatile skill set and dedication to helping others. Clients can rely on Jaiden for exceptional customer service and medical expertise.
Ivy - Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner
Ivy is passionate about providing the very best care for her clients. Her goal is to ensure her clients look and feel good about themselves. Ivy has been a qualified Aesthetic Practitioner since 2016 and specialises in full face contouring. At Ageless by nikki ,Ivy specialises in Thread lifting treatments and her teeth whitening has been very popular.
